When EA games creates their video games, there is always drama, action, and awesomeness. So, why don't they do that with their email campaigns? Before my team and I worked on this project, EA's emails were flat, a lot of white space and most of all boring. We decided to bring what makes the games so cool to these pieces of communications. Here is a small sample of the many emails we did for them. The result over 62% increase in open rate.
